I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it? What if there's a problem?

You do not need to return anything, empty bottles included. If your product arrives defective or damaged, send us a photo with your order number and we will replace or refund it straight away.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped. If the item has already been shipped, it is covered by the 60-Day Money Back Guarantee above — email us and we will refund the order in full.

No refunds will be issued after 24 hours from the incorrect entry.
